James Dahl

James Dahl grew up in central Minnesota.  When he was 12 years old, James formed a band and has since been performing throughout the state as a singer and lead guitarist in bands such as: “Epic”, “4th Gear”, “The Solid Silver Band”, “The Amber Skies Band”, and "The Cedar Creek Band".

James has a very relaxed male vocal style that is well suited to the intimate nature of the singer/songwriter music he performs.

James accents the acoustic guitar accompaniments with a variety of finger picking, lead, and rhythm playing styles.

Claire Altendahl

Claire developed her chops early through the Twin Cities School of Rock program where her auditions twice earned her the honor of representing the School of Rock on their All Star Tour, performing at Lollapalooza, House of Blues, and Rib Fest in Chicago; Summerfest in Milwaukee, and Vans Warped Tour in Cleveland.

For five years, Claire studied jazz under acclaimed Minneapolis-based guitarist, Joan Griffith.

Claire is a recent graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston.  When she isn't performing in New York with her band "Boyish", she returns to Minneapolis and performs with her father, James Dahl.

Claire has been featured on radio programs such as KBEM Jazz 88's "Talking about jazz with Claire Altendahl" and the "Birn Alive" program on Boston's "The BIRN" radio.
